The Urban Work Lofts are located on the Rainier Brewery Property, located at the intersection of Interstate 5 and the West Seattle Freeway in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The property also has excellent access to Highway 99, Interstate 90, and rail lines.

The entire Rainier Brewery Property is made up of 21 buildings on 240,000 square feet of land.
