American Life Announces $12 million development project in Riverside County, California

Seattle, WA (March 1st, 2011) – American Life Inc. will develop two brand-new, flex-use buildings for office, industrial or warehouse uses in Riverside County, California. The property is located in the new March Air Force Business Park, one of the newest and largest warehouse distribution centers in Southern California.

"Since early 2006, Riverside County, Calif., was one of the first areas in the U.S. to feel the affect of the sub-prime mortgage crisis and related liquidity crisis. The down cycle is now in its 5th year, and we believe the commercial market in this area has bottomed out or is close to its bottom," said Henry Liebman, President and CEO of American Life Inc. He continued by saying: "In this case, we think it's a good opportunity to buy property at below-market price and build value for our investors."
