Register to review investment offering materials

Prospective investors, both domestic and EB-5 investor, can register with our website to review American Life's investment offering documentations. Please note, you must be an accredited investor* in order to invest with American Life.

Advisors (attorneys, migration agents, consultants and other purchaser representatives) can also register your firm and your clients to gain access our investment offering materials.

Once we have received your registration information, we will review and qualify investor's investment status. We may contact you to clearify and/or discuss your invesment or immigration status. Upon registering with the website, you will have full access to our secure web section, which contains the following confidential information:

• Confidential private placement memorandum (prospectus), which includes the business plan, financial projects and subscription agreement
• Investment brochure and fact sheet
• EB-5 immigration attorney referral list
• Third party appraisal documents (if available)
• Third party economic reports (if available)
• Job creation report

* Accredited investor is defined by the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and various state securities law that delineates investors permitted to invest in certain type of investments. You qualify to investment in American Life's investments, if you are a person who has an individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person's spouse, that exceeds $1 million, or has an income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.
