What We Do

BUILD A SECURE FUTURE THROUGH REAL ESTATE INVESTING.

American Life, Inc., finances, develops, and manages properties across key markets in the United States. We are a fully integrated company with approximately 40 employees, managing the entire real estate development process. Our debt-free investment strategy provides current income and long-term capital growth to our domestic and international EB-5 investors.

In addition to real estate development, American Life, Inc. assists international investors in receiving lawful permanent U.S. residence through secure real estate investments or loans secured by real estate. Our immigration-linked investment opportunities allow foreign nationals to invest in the U.S. and receive permanent U.S. residency green cards through the EB-5 visa program, through the Immigration Act of 1990. Today, qualified EB-5 immigrant investors and their family members have a fast-and-secure way to invest, live, work, study, retire and start a new life anywhere in United States.

American Life, Inc. began with one property and has grown into one of the largest land owners in the greater Seattle area, with over 5.2 M square feet of land and 3.6 M square feet of buildings under management. Developments include an array of mixed-use commercial spaces, such as office buildings, hotels, warehouses, and manufacturing and retail sites; valued at cost in excess of approximately $1 billion. In 2012, American Life, Inc. expanded its investment projects to Southern California where it is developing three Marriott branded hotels and three industrial properties, to Atlanta where its developing a Homewood Suites by Hilton, and to Miami where an ‘Embassy Suites by Hilton’ is in the planning stages. The intention is to give investors the opportunity to choose investment opportunities in a variety of locations.

OUR PRINCIPLED APPROACH DELIVERS RELIABLE PERFORMANCE

Our roots trace back to the 1970's when American Life, Inc. management initially relied on their own capital and borrowed funds to make acquisitions and property improvements. Since establishing our firm in 1996, we’ve continued investing in the economic growth and sustainability. For example, in Seattle we have purchased and developed more than 40 prime contiguous and nearby-commercial properties south of downtown Seattle, commonly referred to as the SODO district.

We are proud of our track record and attribute our success to the continuing innovation of our founding leadership and the discipline with which we practice our core mission, outlined as follows:
